Buffet Line Attendant

Location: Clinton, Iowa
Position Summary: Keeps hot items on the buffet food line filled, clean, and attractive, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Transports serving pans of hot and cold food items from the kitchen and inserts them into the buffet line.
Keeps hot and cold food item pans full, clean, and attractive during meal session.
Carves meat on the buffet line and serves to guests.
Keeps carving station and buffet line clean.
Removes left over food items from buffet line at the end of a meal session.
Cleans buffet food line at the end of a meal session.
Communicate between all key people
Returns equipment and supplies to storage areas.
Cleans work area in kitchen.
Mops kitchen floor at the end of the day.
Helps put away supplies and takes out takes out garbage.
Must be safety conscious, and adhere to all safety rules at all times
Meet company attendance requirements
Meet proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards
Performs other tasks as assigned
Demonstrate good guest services skills as identified in the Employee Recognition Program
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be able to obtain and retain a gaming license
