Position Summary: The Housekeeping Lead position involves cleaning all areas of the Hotel.

Hotel Housekeeping Leads are required to check restrooms, inspect all hotel rooms, and get

carts stocked in the morning for housekeepers, training new employees and ordering materials

for their shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Administers counseling and disciplinary action where appropriate

Oversees all aspects of day to day operations in the Hotel

Manage, train and enforce policies and procedures

Administers timely and pertinent performance reviews to all team members

Maintains scheduling of team members

Addresses complaints internally and externally and executes solutions for these complaints

Efficiently clean rooms, lobby, public restrooms in the hotel

Able to communicate effectively with co-workers and guests

Able to work cooperatively with others under minimal supervision

Able to write simple correspondence

Keep work area clean

Must be safety conscious and adhere to all safety practices

Communicate between all key people

Ensure materials are properly stocked for their shift

Use guest service skills

Must meet company attendance requirements

Other duties as assigned
