Guest Services Supervisor and Dual Rate Supervisor

Provide support to the Guest Services Shift Manager and Manager to ensure that patrons have an enjoyable
experience. Update player accounts, marketing and promotions. Ensure casino funds are properly accounted
for while maintaining security of assets and maximizing efficiencies.
Responsible for overseeing the movement of casino funds as they relate to the guest service operation.
Review guest service operations and activities with Guest Services Shift Manager.
Ensuring that all policies and procedures are being followed.
Printing player cards, entering and retrieving information for new and existing account from Oasis Super playmate system and slot system.
Redeem points from accounts for patrons for cash prizes. Working with points adjustments, void redemption certificates, duplicates, and deletion of accounts.
Answering telephone calls from patrons. Monthly inventory and stock booth.
Participate in large-scale slot tournaments.
Communicating with guests by telephone and in person to update them on special events and promotions, handing out coupon books and issuing Wild times cards.
Helping Guest Services Representatives in running a window.
Development of staff, train and evaluate. Assist cashiers or perform window duties.
Review department’s financial data and verify paperwork.
Responsible for customer relations. Ensure safety and security of employees and customers.
Perform exchanges for gaming and marketing instruments as needed.
Prepare daily bank deposits.
Other duties as assigned.
