Position Summary: Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Supervisor, the Kitchen Utility person is responsible for cleaning and washing restaurant dishes. Specific duties include cleaning and washing dishes, silverware, glassware, cooking pots and pans, utensils, stock the cooking line with clean dishes, stock the server stations with clean glasses and silverware, clean and maintain the dishwashing system and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Helps with loading and unloading the food van

 Helps keep equipment clean

 Helps put away supplies and takes out trash

 Cleans, sweeps, mops galley and cleans walls as needed

 Communicate between all key people

 Keep work area clean

 Must be safety conscious, and adhere to all safety rules at all times

 Meet company attendance requirements

 Meet proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards

 Demonstrate good guest services skills as identified in the Employee Recognition Program

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be able to obtain and retain a gaming license.
