Uses excellent guest service skills to assist players at cage. Responsible for bank monies during assigned shift. Records transactions accurately.
Table Games Shift Manager-F/T
The Table Games Shift Manager is responsible for supervising the table game operations for his/her shift including the recommendation of and implementation of policies and procedures which are consistent with the Iowa Gaming Laws, the IRGC Regulations and the System of Internal Controls. Responsibilities include: training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Table Games Dealer- F/T
The Table Games Dealer conducts the assigned table game and is responsible for the table bankroll. Specific duties include conducting the game according to policy and procedure, makes payoff and handles customer table action, maintains the security and integrity of the games, controls the speed of the games, makes cash transactions and provides a high level of guest service.
Public Safety Officer-F/T
The Public Safety Officer is responsible for protecting, monitoring and providing close escorts for company assets. This department provides security for all daily activities at Wild Rose. He/she takes a personal responsibility for the safety, health and well being of our guests and employees.
Player's Club Host/Hostess-P/T
Food and Beverage Host/Hostess-F/T
The Host/Hostess is responsible for the greeting and seating of guests, take silverware to the guests and notify the servers they have a table, and perform all cashier duties. Specific duties include taking orders to go, collecting money for guest checks, processing credit cards, receiving guest comments and provide a high level of guest service.
Dunigan's Server - P/T
The Server is responsible for serving guests in the restaurant. Specific duties include greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, presenting guest checks, handling money, resolving customer complaints and providing a high level of guest service.
Cocktail Server-P/T
Cocktail Servers are responsible for serving drinks to guests
Hotel Night Audit-F/T
Performs the nightly audit procedures for the Hotel record keeping. Check-in/check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; process all payments according to established procedures.
Surveillance Operator - F/T
Operators are considered confidential employees of the Wild Rose Casino & Resort. The primary responsibility of the Surveillance Operator is to protect the property, money and reputation of the Wild Rose Casino & Resort through covert physical and/or video surveillance.
Slot Attendant-F/T
A Slot Attendant is responsible for assisting slot players with play and pay of slot machines. This position requires a lot of walking and social interaction with our guests. A Slot Attendant must have excellent guest services skills. A Slot Attendant must be trustworthy and be comfortable working with money. This position requires accuracy when exchanging large denomination currency for smaller denomination currency. A Slot Attendant must assist in making jackpot payoffs and minor machine repairs. A Slot Attendant must observe slot play for illegal machine tampering or abuse.
Busser - P/T
The Busser is responsible for the cleaning and set-up of tables in the restaurant. Specific duties include greeting customers, busing tables, table set-up, restaurant cleaning, assisting the servers, performing side work and providing a high level of memorable guest service.
