Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Supervisor, the Kitchen Utility/Busser person is responsible for cleaning and washing restaurant dishes. Specific duties include cleaning and washing dishes, silverware, glassware, cooking pots and pans, utensils, stock the cooking line with clean dishes, stocking the server stations with clean glasses and silverware, cleaning and maintaining the dishwashing system and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Salary: $12.75 / per hour
