Sports Wagering Supervisor

• Assists with the general operations of Draft Kings Sportsbook and Off-Track wagering department

• Issue Sportsbook pari-mutuel tickets to guests when necessary

• Pay winning tickets

• Read and understand wagering information

• Assist guests who are unfamiliar with betting and cashing wagers

To ensure the integrity of the department and pari-mutuel wagering by verifying that employees are complying with departmental policies and procedures, the Internal Controls, and Iowa Racing and Gaming Rules and Regulations. Uses excellent guest service skills to assist players at Off Track Wagering Terminal. Responsible for bank monies during assigned shift. Records transactions accurately. Must be able to Issue and Pay-Off Pari-Mutuel Tickets, and assist with inquiries. Duties include promote property amenities and resolve guest complaints and provide a high level of guest service.

Salary: $13.00/hr plus tips ($1.25 attendance incentive)
