Position Title: Casino Host

Position Summary: The Casino Host is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.

In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:

• Be proactive in cultivating new or emerging players
• Provide attentive and personalized service appropriate to existing players
• Establishes and maintains good will by handling and resolving problems, question or concerns with all players on the floor
• Maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
• Increase player tracking by promoting card acquisition actively on the gaming floor
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as full-time

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
