Position Title: Dual-Rate Table Games Supervisor

Position Summary: The Dual-Rate Table Games Supervisor is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.

In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:

• Supervisor - develops and manages the skills of the dealers
  
• Responsible for the security and integrity of the Pit Games
  
• Responsible for the player tracking and maintaining accurate records of the table accounting
  
• Dealer - ability to control the speed of the games
  
• Multi-task in dealing cards, counting, and entertaining all guests involved in the game
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as full-time

Salary: Salary: $4.92/$14.75 / per hour plus tips and attendance incentive

This position is paid hourly and will earn additional compensation from tips.
