• Investigates and resolves user software and hardware problems

The schedule for this position is classified as full-time for 2nd shift 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm including weekends.

Salary: Starting base rate $17.00/ per hour

Qualifications and Requirement: Must be able to obtain and retain a gaming license. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. 

Special Attendance Requirements: The Wild Rose Casino and Hotel is in operation seven days a week, 365 days a year. Employees will be required to workdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, split shifts, and overtime. We are not able to work around outside activities or other jobs unless it is agreed to, in writing, at time of hire. 

Education and/or Experience: AA degree in Computer related field or equivalent experience preferred. National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) is desirable. 

Work Environment/Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk, use hands to finger, handle to feel objects, reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near computer equipment. Position Title: Count Team Clerk

Position Summary: The Count Team Clerk is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.

In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:

• Pull bill validator boxes from slot machines.
• Run currency through a computerized currency counter
• Accurately count and record money totals.
• Run reports on the computer
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as part-time.

Salary: $12.32 / per hour
