Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and profitability.
• Develop and execute creative and diverse menus in line with customer preferences and industry trends.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Implement and enforce hygiene and safety standards to guarantee a clean and safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage inventory to optimize cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, food preparation, and presentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as based as full-time.

Salary: $50,000-$65,000, dependent on experience. This position includes bonus opportunities.
