Ensure completion of all required cleaning lists and duties in a timely manner. Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager completes daily maintenance operations and activities in an assigned area, which includes all Wild Rose facilities, parking lots, and streets. Inspects and troubleshoots maintenance work; and performs related work as required.
Uses excellent guest service skills to assist players at Off Track Wagering Terminal. Responsible for bank monies during assigned shift. Records transactions accurately. Must be able to Issue and Pay-Off Pari-Mutuel Tickets, and assist with inquiries. Comply with departmental policies and procedures, the Internal Controls, and Iowa Racing and Gaming Rules and Regulations. Duties include promote property amenities and resolve guest complaints and provide a high level of guest service.
Take food and drink orders along with serving ordered items to the guest’s tables in a timely manner. Maintain
a high standard of customer service to be able to provide a great dining/gaming experience. Follow food and
liquor regulations as set by Management and the State of Iowa.
A Slot Attendant is responsible for assisting slot players with play and pay of slot machines. This position requires a lot of walking and social interaction with our guests. A Slot Attendant must have excellent guest services skills. A Slot Attendant must be trustworthy and be comfortable working with money. This position requires accuracy when exchanging large denomination currency for smaller denomination currency. A Slot Attendant must assist in making jackpot payoffs and minor machine repairs. A Slot Attendant must observe slot play for illegal machine tampering or abuse.
The Table Games Dealer conducts the assigned table game and is responsible for the table bankroll. Specific duties include conducting the game according to policy and procedure, makes payoff and handles customer table action, maintains the security and integrity of the games, controls the speed of the games, makes cash transactions and provides a high level of guest service.
The Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for his/her section of the Pit on his/her shift. They
also are responsible for the pit activity when the Pit Manager is out of the Pit. They work closely with
the Pit Manager on disciplinary issues and evaluations.
As a member of the Valet team you will greet the guests, load/unload luggage and park vehicles.
